BUILT IN 1958. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY WESTERN CONTRACTING CORP. PASSAGE CAM-RANH FOR HONG KONG UNDER TOW OF M TUG MICHAEL B. DEVIATED TO QUI NHON BECAUSE OF HEAVY WEATHER. WHILE AT ANCHOR BROKE MOORINGS IN ROUGH SEAS ON NOV 5 AND RAN AGROUND ON ROCKS. CREW OF 3 RESCUED 3 DAYS LATER. ABANDONDED AS A CTL AND STRIPPED OF ALL VALUABLE EQUIPMENT. (MSD).
