The shipwreck VERMA is located at coordinates 61 40.083 N, 4 58 E near Seljestokken off the Norwegian coast. Historical surveying data from the UK Hydrographic Office originally reported the vessel sinking in approximately 25 fathoms of water. Subsequent assessments conducted in October 2016 concluded that the wreck is not shown on official Norwegian nautical charts and the status is amended to dead. Due to the historical ambiguity of the initial reports and the lack of current chart representation, the exact structural condition of the wreck remains unverified.
