Simplified Wreck Survey

UK Hydrographic Office wreck record for the SS Vega located at coordinates 60 25.533 N, 26 57.25 E in the Baltic Sea near the Finnish coast. Originally reported sunk on November 15, 1955, with masts and funnel showing a flashing green light on the foremast, lying clear of the navigation channel. Historical records show subsequent chart updates in 1957 and 1958 regarding light positions and graduation shifts before the wreck was officially deleted and marked as dead on October 27, 1960.
