BUILT IN 1980 BY NAVOTAS INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION, NAVOTAS. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY VECTOR SHIPPING CORPORATION. CAUGHT FIRE, EXPLODED & SANK FOLLOWING A COLLISION WITH PHILIPPINE MV FERRY DONA PAZ. PASSAGE BATANGAS FOR MASBATE. OF CREW OF 13, 2 WERE RECOVERED. IN TOTAL 4386 LIVES WERE LOST IN THE COLLISION WITH THE FERRY. (MSD).
