LNM 31/79-- A 100 X 40 FOOT BARGE IS REPORTED SUBMERGED IN POSITION 32°39'10" - 117°07'50". CHARTED ON NOS CHART 18773 AS SUBMERGED DANGEROUS WRECK SYMBOL AND LABELED REP 1979. CL 1265/84-- USCG AUX; WRECK REPORTED TO BE REMOVED. CHANGED LABEL TO REP REMOVED 1984. UNKNOWN SOURCE-- UNKNOWN SOURCE AROUND 1995, REVISED LABEL: "REP REMOVED 1984" AND TO "ED"(ENTERED CEH 2/06) F00513, S-L920-NRT6-05; Search conducted for charted wreck, wreck not found in charted position. However, numerous other wreckage was located in this anchorage that may correspond to AWOIS item. The Hydrographer recommends removing the charted wreck at this position. The Hydrographer recommends denoting area outlined in descriptive report with "Numerous sunken wrecks and obstructions". All wreckage and obstructions that fall within this warning are marked with keyword "Anchorage A-8".
