LNM06/95 - ADD SYMBOL "DANGEROUS WRECK (PA)" AND LEGEND: "(3 FT REP)" (DERELICT BARGE) (CGD8 018-95/NOS 155) H12061/2009; NOS -- Survey did not locate charted wreck. However, reviewer recommends nearby foul area (AWOIS #7093) enlarged to include AWOIS items #7094 and #12465. Foul area should be retained and limits revised to incorporate these two items.
