LOCALS ADVISE THIS WK WAS BOMBED DURING WW2 SEVERAL MILES AWAY AND WAS TOWED TO THIS POSN BY A JAPANESE NAVAL VESSEL. HEAVILY ENCRUSTED WITH SHELL WHICH MAKES IDENTIFICAITON DIFFUCULT. RELATIVELY INTACT AND IS OVER 50MTRS LONG. MAY BE 'TAKASAN MARU'. COMMERCIAL GUARD REQUESTED. (V SKOGLIE). NCA - STS.
