TWIN OIL ENGINES OF TOTAL 8000HP, TWIN SHAFT. CAPSIZED AND SANK QUICKLY WHILE CARRING OUT AN ANCHOR HANDLING OPERATION WITH PIPE LAYER CASTOROL OTTO (33862 TONS, BUILT 1976). WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE GOOD. CREW OF 11 MISSING. (LL).
