BUILT IN 1901 BY W BEARDMORE & CO LTD, GLASGOW. ORIGINALLY TO BE NAMED 'GLASGOW', WAS PURCHASED BY THE ADMIRALTY FOR A STORE CARRIER AND WAS RENAMED INDUSTRY. BECAME A RFA IN 1914. TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINE OF 106 NHP, SINGLE SHAFT. MACHINERY BY THE BUILDERS. PASSAGE KINGSTOWN FOR BELFAST. WAS TORPEDOED BY UB-94. 6 MEN LOST. (SIBI).
