STARTED TO LIST WHEN HER CARGO SHIFTED IN HEAVY SEAS 780 MILES SE OF BERMUDA. 4 MEN LOST, REST OF CREW SAFELY RESCUED WHEN SHIP WAS ABANDONED. SHE WAS TOWED 90 MILES THEN SANK WHEN THE WEATHER DETERIORATED. (MSD)
