BUILT IN 1927 BY HARLAND & WOLFF,LTD, BELFAST. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY DOMINICAN REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT. WAS CARRIED OUT OF RIO HAINA HARBOUR ON STRONG CURRENT DURING BAD WEATHER & DRIVEN AGROUND AGAINST W BREAKWATER. SUSTAINED SUCH SERIOUS DAMAGE THAT SHE BEGAN TO BREAK UP & WAS DECLARED A CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS. (MSD).
