Simplified Wreck Survey

The shipwreck Salvonia is located at coordinates 12 37.656 N, 100 54.856 E near the Sattahip wharf in the Gulf of Thailand. The vessel capsized and sank alongside the wharf on January 29 1974. Following the incident masts were briefly reported in position but were later deleted from charts. The wreck was successfully raised and repaired in April 1974 and the record was subsequently amended to lifted.
