The wreck of the vessel Rubens is located at coordinates 64 06N 013 03W in the North Atlantic Ocean east of Iceland. Originally identified following a collision with the British trawler St Apollo in 1961 the site was historically charted as an underwater wreck or obstruction. While later nautical charts such as the 2007 Icelandic INT 1101 series have excluded the position the Rubens remains recorded in historical surveying databases for the region. The underwater obstruction is situated in deep waters off the Icelandic coast and serves as a point of interest for maritime records and hydrographic survey data.
