AN EARLY ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE TO RECOVER IT. (TH HARWICH, 6.5.87). COULD NOT BE FOUND DURING ATTEMPT TO REMOVE BUOY. FURTHER ATTEMPTS WILL BE MADE. A LOCAL FISHERMAN HAS REPORTED FOULING HIS NETS IN THE VICINITY. NCA FOR THE MOMENT. (CDR FAIRPLAY, HARWICH, TELECON). NCA.
