VESSEL, BUILT 1920 BY N.V. WERF 'ZEELAND', HANSWERT. OWNED BY DOMINIGO T ROYO. CAUGHT FIRE WHILE AWAITING DISCHARGE OF CARGO OF ESPARTO GRASS IN THE PORT OF ALMERIA. WAS TOWED OUT & BEACHED IN THE RIVER MOUTH UNTIL SHE BURNED OUT. DECLARED A CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS, SOLD FOR SCRAP. (MSD).
