Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater obstruction located in the North Sea off the coast of Norfolk, UK, at coordinates 53 14.347 N, 1 10.959 E. This seabed feature was last surveyed in March 2018. The obstruction consists of a small, elongated area of debris measuring 8.8 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 0.6 meters in height. The feature sits in a general water depth of 19.8 meters, with a least multibeam depth of 19.22 meters recorded. The debris is oriented on a 015/195 degree axis and exhibits a surrounding scour pit measuring 6.1 meters long and 0.6 meters deep, trending toward 117 degrees. Previous historical surveys noted the debris in the vicinity of the Nimrod wreck, identifying it as a foul area on the seabed. This site remains classified as a navigational obstruction.
