Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck survey details for an obstruction located near Suva Harbour, Fiji. The wreck site is centered at coordinates 18 7.875 S, 178 25.16 E. Historical records indicate the site was formerly charted as a coal hulk associated with HMS Veronica. Following various hydrographic surveys, including wire sweeps and diver examinations, the obstruction has been confirmed as a wreckage lying in three separate parts. Modern surveys confirm the site is clear for navigation at a depth of 17.2 meters. The wreckage remains on the seabed as a significant underwater feature. Current charted position based on the Fiji 1986 datum is 18 07.875 S, 178 25.16 E.
