Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater Obstruction at Coordinates 52 54.976 N, 6 1.44 W previously associated with the wreck Pacific. Recent hydrographic surveys confirm no wreck exists in this position or within the surrounding 200 meters. The seabed consists of sand and shells featuring a large, isolated rock rising 5 meters above the seabed. This underwater obstruction and the surrounding area produce a considerable magnetic anomaly.

SEE [9808] FOR PREVIOUS DETAILS OF 'PACIFIC'. HH100/351/20 1.7.03 NO WRECK IN THIS POSN OR IN THE SURROUNDING 200MTRS. SEABED SAND AND SHELLS. THERE IS A LARGE, ISOLATED ROCK RISING TO 5MTRS ABOVE SEABED IN THIS POSITION. THIS AND THE AREA GAVE A CONSIDERABLE MAGNETIC ANOMALY. (R STOKES, EMAIL DTD 23.6.03). INS AS OBSTN 3MTRS. BR STD.
