Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck and obstruction located in the English Channel off the coast of Normandy, France, at coordinates 49 21.587 N, 0 37.473 W. This seabed feature was identified via sonar return at a position originally recorded as 49 21.646 N, 0 37.393 W. The obstruction sits at a general water depth of 10 meters and extends 1.6 meters above the seabed. The site remains partially surveyed and is categorized as a submerged object noted during D-Day historical overlay mapping. This wreck site is not depicted on French chart 6927 (1994 edition) and is currently held for filing and maritime record-keeping purposes.
