Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater shipwreck located at coordinates 57 46.784 N, 1 57.284 W off the northeast coast of Scotland in the North Sea. This historic seabed obstruction, known locally as the Knock Wreck, was examined by HMS Bulldog. The site features a substantial submerged structure lying on a north-east to south-west orientation aligned at 035/215 degrees with the bow pointing north-east. Archaeological and hydrographic surveys record dimensions of approximately 133.7 meters in length and 26.9 meters in beam, featuring two distinct high points and a localized sand build-up to the south. The least echo sounder depth over the wreck is recorded at 59.2 meters within a general surrounding depth of 73 meters, with no seabed scour observed around the remains.
