Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck located off the coast of Cornwall near the English Channel at coordinates 50 11.485 N, 5 38.426 W initially found in 1976 using a magnetometer and Decca positioning before being classified as a non dangerous wreck on nautical charts although subsequent diving surveys in 1986 and high resolution multibeam sonar searches in 2010 found nothing at the site leading authorities to amend the record as a dead wreck.
