Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater obstruction located at 18 12.802 N, 63 8.225 W in the Caribbean Sea near Anguilla. This submerged feature was most recently examined in November 2018, revealing a small cube-shaped object of unknown material lying partially buried on the seabed. The obstruction has a least multibeam depth of 16.5 meters in a general surrounding depth of 17 meters. The structural dimensions of the underwater object are approximately 2.29 meters long, 2.07 meters wide, and 1.17 meters high. Previous survey data from 2016 identified a small contact at these same coordinates, confirming the stability of the site. This navigational hazard is officially recorded as an obstruction on maritime charts for the region.
