Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck located off the Northumberland coast near the Farne Islands at coordinates 55 41.77 N, 1 51.355 W. This shipwreck site was historically surveyed as a steel vessel measuring 24 meters in length. Structural details from past hydrographic surveys describe the wreck as lying in an east-west orientation with only the lower hull remaining. The structure is well broken and sits low, hardly protruding above the surrounding seabed sand. While earlier surveys identified the site as a steel wreck, subsequent hydrographic investigations have noted the site as not located, resulting in its classification as a general shipwreck position with no specific depth assigned.
