VESSEL, BUILT 1918 WITH 3 CYLINDER TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINE, 3 BOILERS. RAN AGROUND WHEN OUTWARD BOUND FROM LIMERICK FOR HAMPTON ROADS. CREW RESCUED. VESSEL WAS WEDGED ON 2 LEDGES OFF KILCREDAUN PT. DECLARED A TOTAL LOSS AS SO BADLY DAMAGED AND SOLD TO HAMMOND LANE CO. FOR BREAKING. (SHIPWRECK INDEX OF IRELAND).
