Circumstances of loss

HAD A COMPLETE POWER CUT DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURE IN ENGINE ROOM. TOOK ON WATER DURING BAD WEATHER AND STARTED TO LIST. WAS ABANDONED AND EVENTUALLY SANK. ONE REPORT STATES VESSEL APPARENTLY STRUCK A HIDDEN REEF. ALLEGED THAT VESSEL SANK DURING A STORM BECAUSE CREW HAD FAILED TO CONNECT VENTILATION PIPES ON THE SEWAGE SYSTEM CORRECTLY. (LL).
