LT BUOY LEFT IN POSN ABOUT 1 CABLE E OF WK. (OCC, TH HARWICH). HH242/350/01 2.12.91 BUOY WITHDRAWN. WRECK SITE FOUND TO BE CLEAR. (OCC TH, 17.11.91 & TH NM 69/91). DELETE WK AND BUOY. AMENDED TO DEAD. - NM 3523/91. HH242/351/01 18.12.91 WK HAS APPARENTLY BROKEN UP AND BEEN DISPERSED. LOCAL DIVERS REPORT THAT A STEEL WINCH, STANDING UP TO 1MTR HIGH, IS ALL THAT REMAINS.
