Simplified Wreck Survey

The shipwreck LOLLAND is an underwater obstruction located in the Kattegat strait off the coast of Denmark, northwest of Læsø, at coordinates 57 23.57 N, 10 40.797 E (57°23'36"N, 10°40'52"E). Recorded under Danish Wreck Records No. 723040, the site features heavily degraded and well-broken remains. A hydrographic survey recorded on January 31, 1972, noted that only small, scattered bits of wreckage remain on the seabed. An official charting update on April 18, 2016, confirmed the wreck is no longer depicted on Danish nautical chart 92 and amended its operational status to dead, indicating the dispersed remains no longer pose a hazard to surface navigation.
