16.4.92 PASSAGE VENEZUEAL FOR FUJAIRAH. DEVELOPED A CRACK WHEN STRUCK BY A LARGE WAVE ON 16.4.92. WAS BEACHED ABOUT 14 MILES N OF INHACA ISLAND, NR MAPUTO, TO PREVENT SINKING. REFLOATED AND TAKEN IN TOW OF SALVAGE TUG JOHN ROSS BUT LATER BROKE IN TWO AND SANK. (LL).
