UK Hydrographic Office wreck survey details for the underwater obstruction and possible wreck of the KATE GRAMMERSTORFF located in the North Sea off the coast of the United Kingdom at coordinates 52 50.754 N, 2 40.914 E. Originally reported abandoned in 1928, early searches by Trinity House and HMS Bulldog failed to locate the site. Modern multibeam sonar and DGPS examinations successfully surveyed the remains, revealing a broken-up wreck measuring approximately 47 to 50 meters in length, 9 to 15 meters in width, and standing up to 0.84 meters high, partially covered with sand in a general depth of 38 to 39 meters. The site features a moderate magnetic anomaly, a least depth of 37.16 meters, and is oriented on a 070/250 degree axis with scattered debris.
