WAS ABANDONED BY CREW AFTER DEVELOPING A LEAK IN HEAVY WEATHER. WAS LATER SHELLED BY BRITISH NAVAL VESSEL AND LAST SEEN GOING DOWN BY THE STERN. (DODS, LIBERTY SHIPS).
