TORPEDOED AND SUNK BY GERMAN SUBMARINE U-20 WHILE ON PASSAGE BUENOS AIRES TO LE HAVRE, LONDON AND LIVERPOOL WITH GENERAL CARGO, INCLUDING COFFEE AND SUGAR. (A J TENNENT). SUNK WHILE CARRYING AMMUNITION AND HORSES TO FRANCE FOR FIRST BATTLE OF THE SOMME. (S JOHNSON).
