Underwater wreck site of the vessel Hong Shyang located at coordinates 10 5.933 S, 152 23.233 W near the southwest point of Vostok Island. This structural wreck was originally sighted in 1974 as a vessel approximately one year old. Historical survey data indicates the wreck was initially visible above the water line but subsequent reports from 1984 suggest the remains are no longer visible, indicating the structure may be submerged, well broken, or dispersed. This maritime obstruction is documented under UK Hydrographic Office records and is situated in the remote waters surrounding Vostok Island.
