HMS Campeador 5 shipwreck history and survey details located at coordinates 50 41.918 N, 1 5.071 W near the Nab Tower off the Portsmouth coast. Originally designated as a dangerous wreck in 1940 at 306 degrees and 2.39 miles from the Nab Tower, the site underwent numerous hydrographic updates by the UK Hydrographic Office. The armed yacht was raised and beached in July 1945, marked by various wreck buoys, and later deleted from navigational charts following salvage and scrapping operations in the mid-1950s, officially recorded as a dead wreck by maritime authorities.
