Historical survey records indicate the site was initially reported as a wreck position with a 50-meter clearance. Subsequent hydrographic surveys conducted in 2010 by Gardline Hydro using multibeam sonar failed to locate the obstruction at the previously charted position, leading to the wreck status being amended to dead. While historical data suggested a submerged structure, current maritime records indicate no detectable obstruction remains at these coordinates.
