Simplified Wreck Survey
The UK Hydrographic Office records details for the underwater wreck HELAN located at coordinates 56 3.76 N, 7 56.47 E near the Blaavand Ro area. Initially located in 1993 with a least depth of approximately 13 meters in a general depth of 24 meters, subsequent surveys and Danish nautical notices tracked its status. A 1998 search within a 1m radius failed to locate the wreck, and by 2001 it was amended to dead and removed from charts. Later 2012 chart updates briefly showed it as a dangerous wreck before it was officially deleted from hydrographic records.
