PASSAGE ROTTERDAM FOR NORFOLK, VIRGINIA, IN BASSAST WITH 'SAFTE CONDUCT' FROM THE GERMAN MINISTER AT THE HAGEU. MARKED: 'COMMISSION FOR BELGIAN RELIEF' ON HER SIDES. TORPEDOED BY GERMAN SUBMARINE. 15 MEN LOST. (DODS).
