(LL, 24.11.81). 25.11.81 VESSEL HAS BROKEN UP & THOUSANDS OF TONS OF OIL HAVE SPILT INTO THE SEA. (LL, 25.11.81). 11.1.82 REPD THAT BALTIC & BAY ARE CLEAN & WILL NOT AFFECT SUMMER TRADE.
