PASSAGE KAOHSIUNG FOR FISHING BANKS. VESSEL HAD A COOLING WATER PIPE FRACTURE WHICH FLOODED THE ENGINE ROOM AND STALLED MACHINERY. REGARDED AS A TOTAL LOSS. ALL 18 CREW SAFELY RESCUED. (LLOYDS VOL.284).
