2.10.81 EX-MONTO ERIO '80. BUILT IN 1964 BY HIJOS DE J BARRERAS SA, VIGO, SPAIN. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY THE ATLANTIC LOYAL FISHING CO LTD, CHANNEL ISLANDS. 8 CYLINDER OIL ENGINE, SINGLE SHAFT. PASSAGE GUERNSEY FOR FISHING AND RETURN. HAD ENGINE FAILURE AND GROUNDED ON RATHLIN ISLAND ON 2.10.81. LATER ABANDONED, THEN REFLOATED AND DRIFTED UNMANNED UNTIL GROUNDING AGAIN AT FARGANLACK PT. (LL & SIBI).
