The shipwreck ELISE WILKE is a historical underwater obstruction located off the German coast in the North Sea near the Elbe estuary at coordinates 53 36.51 N, 09 34.48 E. Originally surveyed as a wreck with a least depth of 13.2 meters, subsequent hydrographic surveys tracked its structural degradation over time, including amendments to 13.5 meters and 13.8 meters depth. By 1977, the site was reclassified as foul ground, indicating the structure had become well broken or significantly collapsed. The obstruction was officially removed from nautical charts and marked as dead in 1989. For maritime navigation purposes, the wreck position is documented at 53 36.51 N, 09 34.48 E.
