Simplified Wreck Survey
Historic UKHO survey details for the underwater wreck of the BRADO located at coordinates 55 0.869 N, 1 24.514 W off the North East coast of England near the River Tyne breakwater. Originally reported as dumped wreckage comprising large sections of double bottom with lifting slings and shackles in approximately 3 fathoms of water. Swept in 1979 and found clear at a depth of 3.1 meters, with the former wreck buoy subsequently removed. The site was later confirmed by the Port of Tyne Authority as completely dispersed by natural wave action and marked as dead on official charts.
