STERN SECTION DISLODGED & SANK IN 70FT OF WATER. MASSIVE POLLUTION PROBLEM IN CHEDABUCTO BAY. MASTER BLAMED FOR LOSS DUE TO IMPROPER NAVIGATION. (MSD). SEE STERN SECTION [54409].
