BUILT IN 1912 BY C CONNEL & CO LTD, GLASGOW. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY CHARENTE SS CO LTD, LIVERPOOL. THREE BOILERS, TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINE OF 538NHP, SINGLE SHAFT. PASSAGE LIVERPOOL FOR TAMPICO. GROUNDED WHILE LEAVING THE BRUNSWICK ENTRANCES WAS REFLOATED BUT MADE WATER AND WAS GROUNDED AGAIN. SUBSEQUENTLY BROKE HER BACK. CARGO DISCHARGED INTO LIGHTERS, SOME CARGO FLOATED OUT. (SIBI).
