Simplified Wreck Survey

The shipwreck known as the Annie McFadyen is located at coordinates 55 55.745 N, 5 10.735 W, situated in the Firth of Clyde near the coast of Scotland. Historical hydrographic records previously associated the site with the Eilean Fraoich area. While the wreck was originally reported to the UK Hydrographic Office, subsequent surveys conducted by HMS Hecla were unable to locate the vessel, leading to its classification as a dead or non-existent obstruction in maritime charts. The site, historically referenced as the Annie McFadyen, is no longer considered a navigational hazard for vessels in these coastal waters.
