Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck and obstruction report located near the coast of Gujarat India in the Arabian Sea at coordinates 21 02.5 N 72 37.7 E. This underwater hazard consists of a lost anchor and cable belonging to the vessel MV Shunter. First reported in September 2015 following an incident recorded in Indian Notice to Mariners 13/111/15 and Navigational Warning 456/15. The seabed area at this position is classified as foul. Mariners are advised that this submerged obstruction poses a navigational hazard at the specified latitude and longitude.
