TWO CYLINDER OSCILLATING GEARED ENGINE BY FAWCETT, PRESTON & CO, LIVERPOOL. 1445 IHP FOR 11 KNOTS. EMPLOYED ON THE SUEZ - CALCUTTA SERVICE. STRUCK A ROCK OFF THE ISLAND OF HARUISH. PASSAGE ADEN FOR SUEZ. NO LIVES LOST. (S HILLEL).
