Wreck details for the ALICE located in the English Channel near East Sussex. The wreck of the ALICE is situated at coordinates 50 54.565 N, 0056.413 E. Originally charted as a buoyed obstruction in 1929 and later marked as a wreck, the site was officially re-located on August 14, 2013. The wreck is recorded as an intact vessel lying on an orientation of 070/250 degrees with the bows pointing ENE. Physical dimensions of the ALICE are 38.5 meters in length, 6.2 meters in width, and a height of 2.2 meters. The least multibeam depth is 1.25 meters in a general surrounding depth of 2.9 meters. The site features a well-defined structure with a 0.9-meter deep scour noted on the south side and a poor magnetic anomaly. Current maritime records classify the site as a wreck with a depth of 1.2 meters.
